The biggest update since launch — four new calculators completing the full suite, a ground-up portfolio redesign, new guides, a new Help Centre, and sweeping UI improvements across every page.

A brand-new Mortgage Calculator with first home buyer tools, a unified footer across every page, SEO improvements to the Yield Calculator, and several mobile navigation fixes.

- New Mortgage Calculator — P&I and Interest Only repayments with weekly, fortnightly and monthly frequency.
- New First Home Buyer tab — borrowing power, KiwiSaver withdrawal, Kāinga Ora First Home Grant breakdown, deposit gap and savings timeline.

Yield Calculator
- New Cadastral property parcel pattern added to the page hero — SVG grid with gradient fade into the calculator card.
- Imp SEO overhaul — new title, meta description, keywords, Twitter card tags and Schema.org JSON-LD (WebApplication + FAQ rich snippets).
- Imp "Suburb yield guides" label renamed to "City yield guides" across the site.
Bug fixes
- Fix Mobile hamburger menu now works on the homepage — the nav dropdown element was missing its ID.
- Fix Hamburger icon now visible on light-background pages (About, Contact, Privacy, Terms, Disclaimer) — was rendering white on white.
- Fix Padding gap between city cards and footer on the Yield Calculator page resolved.
Map & mobile improvements
A cleaner map experience, smoother mobile interactions, and a range of UI refinements across the platform.
Map
- New Satellite / street map toggle — switch between aerial LINZ imagery and a clean minimal street map at any time.
- New Map loading animation — a smooth overlay with spinner while property tiles render.
- Imp Property parcel boundary now glows green on both satellite and street view for clearer identification.
- Imp Map controls simplified — zoom buttons removed in favour of scroll and pinch, compass and target button retained.
Mobile
- New Save to Portfolio button on the analysis page — pill animates from grey to green on save.
- New My Portfolio quick-link on the mobile analysis page below the map.
- Imp Save as PDF button now full width on mobile, matching the report width.
- Imp Mobile map search bar replaced with a clean magnifying glass icon in the top right.
- Fix Mobile map controls repositioned and decluttered — removed overlapping LINZ and address pills.
Portfolio
- Imp Property cards on mobile now expand inline with a chevron toggle — no separate modal required.
- Imp Sort bar and property cards unified into a single bordered card layout on mobile.
- Fix Modal scrolling on mobile now works correctly across all screen sizes.
General
- New Affiliate partner cards — animated rotating gradient border on desktop, shimmer effect on mobile.
