How it will work (post-API approval)

Once Trade Me API approval (or an authorised data connection) is in place, Property Metrics NZ will automatically scan eligible listings and surface the highest-ranking opportunities based on yield, rent bands, and development indicators. This page will update on a regular cadence (daily or weekly), and each deal will link straight into Yield Analysis for a full breakdown.
