Portfolio tracking is being finalised. This module will roll your saved properties into a long‑term view (total value, average yields, net rent, and development profile) with export/import support.
Portfolio module in build
Right now, your Yield Analysis page is the primary place to scan and compare deals. The Portfolio page will become your “saved holdings” view — persistent, editable, and designed for ongoing tracking rather than shortlisting.
Saved holdings (persistent)
Save properties from your scans into a permanent list (not session‑only), with edit/delete and notes.
Import / export
CSV import for existing portfolios and CSV export for reporting and adviser share‑packs.
Portfolio roll‑ups
Total purchase value, weighted average yields, estimated net rent, and developer score distribution.
Scenario tools
Expense assumptions, vacancy buffers, and simple “what‑if” toggles for conservative vs optimistic views.
